At Loop, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any unused items in their original packaging. We strive to make the return process as seamless as possible to ensure your space feels exactly how you envisioned it.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home goods you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the items back in their original shipping box, ensuring fragile decor or textiles are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
